1. About These Terms

These Terms of Purchase apply to all Chat Do® Player Card orders placed through chatdo.co.uk. By submitting an order, coaches and parents confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Purchase.

2. Coach-Led Orders​

All Player Card orders must be initiated by the team’s coach. Individual parents cannot place orders without a coach-generated team submission. Each parent will receive a personalised link to:

• Confirm their child’s details

• Upload a photo

• Provide consent

• Complete payment (unless the coach has chosen to pay on behalf of the squad)

No card will enter production without verified parent or guardian consent.

3. Information and Consent

We collect only the minimum information required to produce the Player Card. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Cards will not enter production until parent consent has been completed for each player.

4. Pricing

The current price is £16.99 per Player Card. A minimum order of four cards per team applies. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Chat Do reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Custom-Made Products

All Chat Do® Player Cards are personalised and custom-made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

6. Refunds and Reprints

Because all cards are personalised, refunds are not available once production has started. A free reprint will be arranged if:

• The card arrives damaged

• There is a confirmed printing defect

• The card does not match the final approved preview

• The parcel is lost or confirmed missing by the courier

Reprints are not offered for errors in information or photo quality issues submitted by the coach or parent.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date all parents in the team have completed their submission. This includes order processing (2–4 days), production and printing (7–10 working days), and UK tracked delivery (2–4 days). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

All cards for a team are delivered together in one parcel to the coach, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Parent and Coach Responsibility

Parents must review and approve all details before final submission. Chat Do is not responsible for reprints arising from incorrect information or unsuitable photos submitted by the coach or parent.
