1. How Long Does Delivery Take?​

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date all parents in a team have completed their order submission. This includes:

• Order processing: 2–4 days

• Production and printing: 7–10 working days

• UK tracked delivery: 2–4 days

During busy periods (such as November to December), delivery may take slightly longer. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Why We Wait for the Full Squad

Player Cards are produced as a team order to ensure consistent quality. Production begins only after all parents have confirmed their child’s details, uploaded a photo, completed consent, and completed payment (where applicable).

3. How Cards Are Delivered

All cards for a team are printed, quality-checked, and packaged together. They are delivered in one parcel directly to the coach. This approach is safer for children’s privacy, easier for the coach to manage, and more cost-efficient.

4. Possible Delays​

Delays may occur due to courier issues, high seasonal demand, incomplete parent submissions, or photo quality issues requiring replacement. Chat Do will communicate any significant delays to the coach by email.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders​

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@chatdo.co.uk and we will arrange a free reprint or redelivery as appropriate.
